01Is the scoping call really free?
Yes. It's how we work out whether we're a good fit and what the smallest solid version looks like. You'll get a written scope afterwards whether or not you go ahead.
02We're not sure exactly what we need.
That's normal. Describe the problem rather than the solution — understanding it is the first step of our process.
03Do you sign NDAs?
Of course. Send it over with your brief and we'll sign before the scoping call.
